Solanthé
how we work
Every introduction Solanthé makes has been through the same process. Here is what that looks like.
01 · Source
We start with people we know.
Every opportunity begins in the founder network: sector-specific relationships built over years across the Lusophone and African corridor. Nothing is scraped, listed, or bought.
When Paulo or Jason makes an introduction, it carries their name. That is why sourcing starts with who they already trust, not with a search.
02 · vet
What “vetted” means, by stream.
Generic vetting language undermines trust. Here is exactly what we check, per stream.
confidentiality
We protect both sides of an introduction. Nothing is disclosed without consent, and discretion is the default.
03 · Introduce
What happens after you make contact.
01
Inquiry
You send a mandate, brief, or enquiry. It reaches Paulo and Jason directly, never a support desk.
02
Discovery call
A confidential conversation to understand the mandate and confirm mutual fit before anything moves.
03
Mandate or brief
We formalise the engagement and begin sourcing, with founder accountability from first call onward.
